One app where your habits, tasks and goals work together, so every day moves you closer to what you're chasing.
Sync a goal's progress with a habit and it fills itself in. Log today's 5 km run and “Run 300 km this year” moves forward on its own, no double entry.
Features that carry a whole week, each one shown on the screen where it lives.

The whole app in a quieter palette, down to the year grid and the charts. Same layout, less light, same streak.
This app is very affordable and incredibly practical for creating customized routines tailored to your current needs.
I absolutely love this app! I stopped using it for a while and came back because it's the best thing I've found for easily, conveniently, and EFFORTLESSLY keeping track of goals, habits, and even tasks. This app is incredible and 10000% worth the full version!
Great app, I paid for the premium, I couldn't wait to create many goals with such a great app. This is the best goal setting app I have seen.
This app has been so helpful. You can keep track of long-term term goals. You can also set up habits for examples, reading every day, working out Mon, Wed, Fri, etc. It helps keep me on track with my life because I waste time easily.
I think I already love this app. Was really looking for something exactly like this. I love the goal templates option. Smart and really useful.
A habit repeats on a schedule, like meditating daily or running three days a week. A task is a one-off to-do with an optional due date and reminder. A goal is a bigger outcome you're working toward, like running 300 km this year, and its progress can be synced with a habit or task so it updates automatically.
No, that's the point. Check the habit off and the goal advances on its own.
Skip is for a day that shouldn't count against you, such as a planned rest day. It keeps your streak alive without extending it, and the day leaves your completion rate entirely. Fail is for a day you meant to do it and didn't; it breaks the streak.
Every square is a day, shaded by how much you got done. On the Statistics tab it covers all your habits at once. Inside a single habit it shows just that habit, with partial shading when you got part of the way to a target.
By default, everything is stored on your device and works offline. Sign in under Settings and your habits, tasks, goals, history and reminders sync to the cloud and to your other devices, automatically about once an hour and whenever you tap Sync now.
Yes, any time. Your check-ins are never deleted, but the app always measures history against the current schedule, so streaks, rates and the year grid are recalculated to match.
